Your User ID is displayed throughout MatchB2B (and so available to the public), and is connected to all of your MatchB2B activity. Other users can see your Profile, RFBs, Bids, advertisements, forum discussions, feedback, ratings and associated comments. Notices sent to other users about suspicious activity and policy violations on our Website refer to User IDs and specific items. Accordingly, if you associate your name with your User ID, the people to whom you have revealed your name will be able to personally identify your MatchB2B activities.

If you access our Website from a shared computer or a computer in an internet café, certain information about you, such as your User ID, activity or reminders from MatchB2B, may also be visible to other individuals who use the computer after you.

5. Marketing
We do not sell, rent, trade or exchange any personally-identifying information of our users without your explicit consent. • MatchB2B transaction-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages;
• using services or products offered through MatchB2B; or
• other purposes that the user expressly chooses.

10. Minors
Our Website and services are not intended to be targeted to minors under any applicable law and we do not intend to sell any of our services to minors. However, we have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our Website and so we carry out the same Privacy Policy for individuals of all ages. We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not permanently store messages sent through these tools. If you send an email to an email address that is not registered in our community, we do not permanently store that email or use that email address for any marketing purpose. We do not rent or sell those email addresses.

Your personal information can be viewed and edited through your MatchB2B account which is protected by your password. Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters. Never divulge your password to anyone else. This Privacy Policy was last updated as of January 1, 2009. We reserve the right to change any provision of this Privacy Policy at any time in our absolute discretion. Any change to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to you through our posting an updated Privacy Policy on our Website.
