How have others kept an eye on their consultants in India?
A friend of mine has been wanting to outsource some back office functions to India for some time. The only problem is that he’s concerned that he won’t have face-to-face meetings with the Indian company and won’t be able to check up on what they’re doing. How have others kept an eye on their consultants in India? Also, he’s worried that he’s relying on others’ testimonials of the Indian company and doesn’t know if he can trust those giving the testimonials. Any thoughts?
